InFinity Care of Tulsa was founded in 2003 by Deborah Brazeal, President/COO and Rick Callis, CEO, healthcare professionals who together possess over 50 years in the delivery of healthcare services to the Tulsa community. Mr. Callis' 30 years as a CEO of major physician practices has given InFinity Care of Tulsa unique insight to the medical community and the challenges represented in our present healthcare environment. Ms. Brazeal brings twenty plus years of healthcare experience to the community needing hospice services. Her background includes a successful startup of hospice services, and experience with two national hospice organizations.

Ms. Brazeal a native Tulsan, and Mr. Callis a long time resident share a commitment to meaningful, excellent end of life care and the positive impact a hospice company led by local management and ownership can have in the community. This commitment was actualized in July of 2004, when InFinity Care of Tulsa was licensed by the State of Oklahoma. In August of 2004, InFinity Care became a fully certified and licensed provider of the Medicare Hospice Benefit.
